We must be steadfast in the faith. We are to be “steadfast in the faith”. I believe that this is extremely important to remember when we’re living—as we are—in times of cultural hostility to our faith.

The great temptation at such times is to compromise in our profession of faith, deny the authority of God’s word, and just go along with the flow of this world. We are called upon to hold fast the profession of our faith.
